15 Weeks and very happy

Yeah.... Sekarang mengikut scan terbaru hospital, Insyaallah confirmed baby kami sudah 15 minggu menetap di dalam rahim Biyu. Seronoknya...... Time scan haritu.... rasa best sangat sebab selama nie memang tak rasa apa2...setakat rasa macam ada 'angin' gerak2 dalam perut..Ingatkan sebab lambat makan ke kan!! Dan... peyut agak boroi ingat sebab sejak dua menjak nie dok makan banyak..yela..masih belum 100% confirm bahawa baby kami nie okay ke tak...

Tapi... our 1st visit in Rotunda Hospitakl haritu.... mereka scan perut Biyu..dan kelihatanlah bayi kami bergerak gerak non stop! Wish bawak camera haritu boleh record and share with all family & friends.... Sebab diorang tak kasi on handphone!! Boleh rosakkan equipment.. hmmmm

baby kejap2 gerakkan badan dia macam memandang kami... Lepastu maybe dia rasa malu, dia pusing ke belakang pandang dalam perut Biyu. Kejap2 pusing kepala dia. Kejap2 silang kaki, kadang2 nampak tangan dia genggam, terbukak. Kaki kejap bengkok, kejap lurus. Nurse nak ukur lenght dia pun payah,. asyik gerak je. active la baby kami nie!! non stop summersault!!

Bila nurse tekan 'klik' untuk amik gambar dia and kasi kami simpan... dia tengah pusing badan ke bawah pulak... hihihihi seronok tengok dia. Biyu rasa nak menangis je..Huhuhu. Tarharu...Kuasa Allah menghembus nyawa kat dia... baru 11.9cm dah ada rupa manusia, tangan & kaki semua complete dengan jari...denyutan jantung pun nampak dalam scanning. Alhamdulillah.....

Jadi... oleh sebab Biyu dah 15 minggu..Nilah perkembngan apa yang tengah berlaku dengan Biyu dan babynya:
One of the most exciting moments of pregnancy is feeling the baby move. Most women notice "quickening", as it's called, between 16 and 20 weeks. You may feel these first wiggles as a flutter low down in your tummy. Once you realise it's actually the baby turning somersaults, make a note to tell your doctor at your next visit. Some women feel the baby move later or less often than others so there's no need to worry if you haven't noticed your baby moving yet.

Around now you'll be offered an antenatal test to screen for birth defects. The multiple marker screening test, which measures levels of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) among other things, is usually performed between 15 and 20 weeks. Ask your doctor which marker test you will be offered as some are more limited than others. Amniocentesis isn't routine, but it's often recommended for women over 35 and those with a history of birth defects. It's usually carried out at around 15 to 20 weeks. Genetic counsellors, on hand when you have the procedure, can explain the full implications of these tests for chromosomal abnormalities.

Your immune system is slightly impaired when you’re pregnant so you may have noticed that you’ve had more coughs and colds than you normally would. Although they are annoying and tiring, these sniffles won’t harm your baby. Other infections that you may come across while you are pregnant such as slapped cheek disease, chickenpox or rubella can cause problems for your unborn baby depending on the stage of pregnancy when you catch it – but chances are you’ve already had these infections in your own childhood or, in the case of German measles, been inoculated against it, so you will be immune anyway. Shingles won't harm your baby but you should avoid other pregnant women - find out why.

How your baby's growing

Your baby is still small enough to fit into the palm of your hand. New this week - light sensitivity and a bad case of the hiccups, a precursor to breathing. You can't hear them because her system is filled with fluid rather than air but don't be surprised if you feel them later on.

Starting this week, any stomach rumblings you feel may be your baby trying out some acrobatics, since she can now move all her limbs. She's also becoming sensitive to light. If you shine a torch at your tummy, she's likely to move away from the beam. Anxious to know whether she's really a she or actually a he? Your baby's external genitals are probably developed enough by now that your doctor could make a good guess at the sex. An amniocentesis may be recommended at this stage of pregnancy for women over 35 and those who have a family history of birth abnormalities. It is also a test which can tell you for certain whether you're expecting a girl or a boy... if you want to know.

You may not know it when it happens, but your tiny tenant frequently gets the hiccups, which babies master before breathing. Babies don't make any sound because their trachea is filled with fluid rather than air.

Although you've probably gained between 5 and 10 pounds / 2.2 - 4.5 kilograms, the fetus weighs in at around only 2.5 ounces / 70 grams. It measures nearly 4 inches / 11 centimeters long, crown to rump. Legs are growing longer than the arms now, fingernails are fully formed and all the joints and limbs can move. You may be able to find out the sex of your baby by ultrasound now, since the external genitals may be developed enough that your doctor can tell you if you're going to have a boy or a girl.

If the idea of having a baby seems so remote, nothing makes it feel more real than feeling your baby move for the first time. Most mums-to-be discern movement (called quickening) between 16 and 20 weeks. If you've been pregnant before, you'll feel things earlier rather than later. What you may first think is a rumbling stomach may be your baby doing some back flips. Make note of when you first start feeling the baby and tell your doctor at your next visit. This middle stage of pregnancy is a good time to start exercising.

Baby development: 14 Weeks bebeh!!!

Waaahhh dah 14 minggu dah Insyaallah.... (Kalau ikut scan di malaysia hari tu lah kan)... Akhirnya setelah penat menanti Insyaallah rabu minggu depan kami akan tau berapa minggu pembesaran anak kami sebenar benarnya...fuhh penatnya tunggu...huhuhu. Waaaah tak sabar! Insyaallah harap2 dia masih membesar dengan sihat... takde apa2 masalah...agak risaula jugak..yela..selama nie dok kejap rasa kejap tak rasa je baby dalam perut nie... huhuhu... Semua orang cakap normal..tapi yela...1st child maa.... memang rasa risau 24 7. Hmmm

baiklah... jikalaulah Biyu sudah 14 Minggu pregnant.... beginilah development baby Biyu:
Your baby is now growing his first hairs. Fine body hair called lanugo, which usually disappears later in pregnancy, blankets his body now, too. Your own hair may also be more lustrous. Many women say that thicker, fuller hair is one of the nicest perks of pregnancy. Enjoy it while you can. Crown to rump, your baby is around 3 and a half inches / 9 centimeters long and weighs one and a half ounces / 43 grams. The body is now growing faster than the head. This week, its parchment-thin skin covers itself with lanugo (ultra-fine, downy hair that usually disappears before birth). Though eyebrows are beginning to grow and the hair on top of the head is sprouting, this hair may change in both texture and colour after birth.

About now, the fetus can grasp, squint, frown and grimace. It may even be able to suck its thumb. Researchers believe these and other movements probably correspond to the development of impulses in the brain.

If you haven't yet made an appointment for maternal serum screening (also known as the triple test), you may want to do so now. The test provides more information about your baby, and screens for Down's syndrome and other birth defects. Also, your doctor may recommend an between 15 and 18 weeks for women over 35 and those with a history of birth defects. If you are over 35, have a look at our article on href="http://www.babycenter.com.my/pregnancy/antenatalhealth/ageandpregnancy/">how age affects pregnancy.

• Note: Experts say every baby develops differently - even in utero. These fetal development pages are designed to give a general idea of how a fetus grows in the womb.

Hmm semua nie hanyalah basic idea...So... memanglah tak sabar nak tunggu the 'real idea' next week untuk tau macam mana baby kami sebenar benarnya berkembang. Walaupun 3.5 inchi, harap2 nampak clear..heheheh tak sabarnya nak tengok baby!! Adus...macam mana nak cepatkan masa ek? hehehe

Dan...development Biyu pulak:
You're probably feeling brighter and livelier than in the first three months and have put the early symptoms of pregnancy firmly behind you. Some unlucky women do find that the nausea drags on so if you are still being very sick, contact your doctor for advice. Most women find the second three months the easiest stage of pregnancy when sleep is sounder and your bump isn't too big to impede your movements. Make the most of these energetic middle months to enjoy activities such as swimming, walking and low-impact aerobics.

It's also a good time to sort out practicalities with your husband, discussing your maternity leave and thinking about childcare, if you intend to return to work after your baby is born.

Adus...nak swimming...Tak reti! Walking..hmm nasib baikla dok jalan ke keje 20minit sehari one way...Cukup kot?

Waaahhh tak sabar nak tunggu minggu depan! Wish me luck! Doa2kanlah ye wahai keluarga ku, sahabat2 ku semuanya kan okay (Seperti kata KRU)

13 Weeks bebeh!! 23/10/2009

Insyaallah, Biyu is now in her 13th weeks as at 23/10/2009. Second trimester dah start, sakit belakang masih ada la.... loya-loya? Hmmmm entahla..kejap ada kejap takda.... but they said to me......
(From Babycenter.com weekly updates)
How Biyu's life's changing

You're officially in your second trimester, the fourth to sixth months of pregnancy. That's great news for two reasons. One, your risk of miscarriage has dropped dramatically, and two, many women see early pregnancy symptoms, such as morning sickness, subside - you may notice a distinct improvement in your libido as the nausea recedes and your energy levels rise. If you’ve found feeling sick comforting, as a sign that you really are pregnant, you may start to doubt that you’re still pregnant when this powerful symptom starts to fade.

Birth is still months away, but your breasts may have already started making colostrum, the first milk that nourishes your baby immediately after birth, before the mature milk starts to flow. Even if your breasts are small, you should still be able to breastfeed if you want to - in this case size really doesn’t matter!

If you could hold your baby's hand this week, you'd notice the swirling lines that make up his unique fingerprints. You'd also see the veins and vital organs beneath his tissue-thin skin. He's growing... Are your long-lost energy and sex drive making a comeback? If so, you may soon find out why many women call this the honeymoon trimester. For other women, the discomforts last a while longer yet. Every pregnancy is unique - even women who have been pregnant before find that the second or third are different

Your uterus may be big enough now to show the world that you're expecting, but your baby is still tiny - about the size of half a banana. Despite her small proportions, you'd see a fully formed baby complete with unique fingerprints if you could look inside your womb now.

Perut ada membesar sikit, tapi tak tau lah besar sebab baby atau sebab gemuk!! hohoho.... Biyu makan banyak kebelakangan ni... setiap 3 jam akan rasa lapar gila, macam tak makan apa2 lagi sejak pagi..huhuhuhu. Maybe campur2 kot... yela..uterus dah makin membesar, walaupun baby dah jadi baby halk pisang... Tapi bag / ruang untuk menampung baby dah membesar... waaahhh tak sabar nak tengok baby... Lama nya rasa.... Insyaallah start ujung minggu nie bolehlah post progress dengan pembesaran perut Biyu sekali... Sekarang tak nampak sangat kalau amik gamba...so.... Nantilah... Insyaallah ada...

I'm 12 weeks Pregnant!!!

12 Weeks- Mummy's and baby's development:
Welcome to your second trimester! Your raging hormones could be calming down a bit and you may also notice your nausea tapering off. Most women happily wave goodbye to morning sickness around now (although queasiness can return periodically throughout pregnancy). This week, your baby's face looks much more human. Her eyes have moved closer together and her ears are just about where they should be. Your baby has entered what is known as the fetal period, when tissues and organs rapidly grow and mature. Many women enjoy pregnancy much more in this trimester - early symptoms fade and the risk of miscarriage drops dramatically. We hope this is the way it turns out for you, and we're here to support you through all the ups and downs of the weeks to come.
And...
Your baby's face is beginning to look more human, even though she is only about 2 inches/5.5cms long from her crown to her rump and weighs slightly less than half an ounce/ 14 grams. The eyes, which started out on the sides of the head, have moved closer together. The ears are almost in their normal position on the side of the head. The liver is making bile and the kidneys are secreting urine in the bladder.

The fetus squirms if your abdomen is prodded, although you cannot yet feel movement. Fetal nerve cells have been multiplying rapidly and synapses (neurological connections in your brain) are forming. The fetus has acquired more reflexes: touching the palms makes the fingers close, touching the soles of the feet makes the toes curl down and touching the eyelids makes the eye muscles clench.
Your doctor can now feel the top of the uterus, also known as the fundus, low in the abdomen. As you enter the second trimester, you may find yourself donning looser, less restrictive clothing. Soon you won't be able to fit into your regular clothes any more.

You may now find that once the "sickness" feeling has passed, your appetite returns.

How Biyu's life's changing

With luck your nausea will be on the wane and you'll soon be feeling more energetic. You're probably also feeling relieved because your risk of miscarriage has now dropped dramatically. It might seem hard to believe if you're still in the throes of morning sickness, but you'll soon regain your appetite. Just make sure any meat that you eat is thoroughly cooked to reduce any chance of toxoplasmosis - no rare steaks for you and at barbecues, take care that you only eat cuts that are well done.
Your teeth and gums can be more prone to disease during pregnancy so plan a dental check-up while you are pregnant; but make sure your dentist knows not to give you an x-ray. You may notice that your gums bleed more now so floss as well as brush. If you are worried or unsure about using over-the-counter remedies talk to your doctor or ask your local pharmacist for immediate advice.

You're probably wearing loose clothing, though it's because of your emerging bulge more than any real weight you've gained. You may feel that you need a new style to suit your new figure or a new skin or make-up routine - take a peek at our beauty tips from Bobbi Brown. It's a good time to rethink your look. There are plenty of maternity wear ranges to choose from either on the high street or through mail order. One or two good quality basics should see you through most of your pregnancy. For special occasions you can choose from some of the smarter and more sophisticated lines which are thankfully now available.

Taken from website update: babycenter.com. Ini jela yang Biyu boleh rely on sebab setakat nie, appointment doctor memang takkan ada sampaila january... huhuhu rasa lama nyaaaa nak tunggu tengok the 'real' baby development. Tapi Insyaallah berkat doa suami and keluarga, Biyu and baby will be aaiitte.... Insyallah amin....

Waaahhh perasaan Biyu memang 12 weeks la rasanya... perut dah membesar sikit dari biasa, bukannya lemak ye.. sebab selalu kalau lemak boleh 'suck it in' lagi... nie.. memang sia sia la tarik nafas... memang akan sentiasa berbonggol sedikit... walaupun hospital & doctor sini hanya acknowledge Biyu baru 10 minggu pregnant, Biyu tak kira!!! Nak 12 weeks jugak! :-)
And memang Alhamdulillah dah tak loya sangat... makan sikit then senak masih ada... tapi satu je... sejak 11 weeks diorang kata akan rasa 'butterfly' in the stomach.. Tapi tak pun? Wallahualam...seperti experts kata, lain orang lain process pregnancy & baby dia.... Hanya Tuhan yang tahu

1st visit to the Hospital

2 hari lepas dapat surat dari Hospital. Confirmation yang diorang acknowledged Biyu is pregnant. Masalahnya.... 1st appointment untuk Hospital = antenatal visit, scan & etc, hanya boleh dibuat pada 26 January 2010!! Huwaaa lamaaaanyaaaaaa.......!!!!

Memang Ireland sangat kecil, manusia sangat penuh tapi Hospital tak banyak!! Jadi, mereka hanya ikut first come first serve basis, dan kalau lambat, nasiblah!! Aiya... kenalah sabar menanti untuk lihat baby's development yang real, scan yang real, and umur baby dalam rahim Biyu yang real.. Hmm.... Sama macam kawan kami... Dia pun dapat her first appointment dengan Hospital pada 5 bulan.. Hmmm terukla Hospital sini..memang tak peduli

Tapi nak buat macam mana...kenala suck it in... Sabar menanti jela.. nak pegi private!? Hmm tak guna sebab diorang bukannya communicate pun... sia2 je buat kat private kalau public Hospital buat tak reti je dengan results diorang. Bayar mahal2, tapi sia sia. Huhuhu... sabar jela Biyu.... Insyaallah semuanya okay kot....

3bulan je lagi... pejam celik pejam celik, sampailah tu....

Baby Development 08/10/2009

Sepatutnya, harini dah masuk minggu ke 11. Perasaan Biyu memang terasa macam minggu ke 11. Tapi selagi takda confirmation dari hospital / doctor exactly berapa minggu dah sekarang, masih lagi ragu2. Tapi, beginilah Biman Biyu's baby's development kalau dah 11 minggu:

Your fetus now looks like a baby, with tiny but fully formed fingers and toes. As his body grows and becomes more developed and functional, he'll start twisting and turning like an acrobat, cushioned and protected by your amniotic fluid. You, on the other hand, are probably feeling less like a gymnast every day. Leg cramps, which can sometimes be a sign of calcium deficiency, and heartburn (caused by pregnancy hormones that relax the valve which separates the oesophagus from the stomach) may be annoying you during the day and keeping you up at night. Just remember, all this suffering is temporary - and it's all in a good cause - you're having a baby!

You're getting close to the end of the first trimester. Most of the baby's critical development will be behind you after the next couple of weeks, and the odds of miscarriage will soon drop considerably. Measuring from the crown of his head to his rump, your 1.5-inch/ 4-centimetre fetus has all his parts, from tooth buds to toenails. Your baby is busy kicking and stretching; his movements are so fluid they look like water ballet. Fingers and toes have fully separated. Now the fetus's main task during the next six months will be to grow larger and stronger until it can survive on its own outside the womb.
A dark vertical line of pigmentation, called the linea nigra, may appear on your abdomen. Your uterus has risen above your pelvic bones and your doctor can now feel it during an external examination.
Feeling of heartburn: perut berangin, dada tak sedap, belakang sakit, belakang rusuk sakit2 and sedikit takit tekak. Selalu akan terasa selepas makan and it usually lasts for a few hours. Makanan rasa macam nak keluar balik, tapi tak. terasa ala2 sangkut tapi sebenarnya tak.
Thats how Biyu is feeling right now...so memang Insyaallah baby sudah 11 minggu. Hmmm tido pun memang tak cukup, membuatkan sentiasa mengantuk time tengah hari. Diorang kata, lagi beberapa minggu je akan hilang semua perasaan ni and akan dapat balik energy...so.. Gambatte ne!!! Bersabar and kita tunggu lagi 3-4 minggu, Insyaallah Biyu akan jadi energised balik!!! Amin... Insyaallah....

Baby Development 04/10/2009

Kalau mengikut firasat doctor Ireland, yang takmau scan baby awal2, Biyu baru 8 minggu. Jadi, kalau Biyu 8 minggu, beginilah baby Biyu punya development:

Mereka kata: If you could see your baby this week you'd see that his fingers and toes are emerging, his eyelids practically cover his eyes and his embryonic tail is just about gone. Of course, it's still too early to tell whether you're having a boy or a girl because the telltale parts aren't visible yet, but go ahead and play the guessing game. Many mums-to-be say they have an inkling early on - and often they're right!
Entahla... Biyu takde pun instinct sama ada boy ke girl? Biman nak boy... Biyu? Asalkan dia sihat, pregnancy berjaya, tak kiralah boy atau girl, Biyu akan sayang dia sepenuh hati.

Dah jadi manusia dah baby kami. Alhamdulillah.. semoga dia sempurna fizikal dan mental.

Tapi, mengikut Biyu's doctor maksu's scan di Malaysia haritu, Biyu sepatutnya dah masuk 10 minggu. Beginilah pula development dia:
Dan mereka kata pula: Your baby has tiny fingernails now and the ability to kick, swallow and move. That's quite impressive for someone who's only the size of a lipstick case. That will change soon; within the next few weeks, your featherweight child should double in size. You may notice your clothes getting tighter as your uterus is now almost big enough to fill your pelvis. How your baby is growing :
Your baby will more than double in size in the next three weeks. He or she is now swallowing and kicking, and all the major organs are fully developed. More minute details are appearing too, like fingernails and peach-fuzz hair. The external sex organs are beginning to show and in a few weeks they will be developed enough to tell whether you're going to have a boy or a girl.
Waaahhh kalau betul 10 weeks, maknanya dah boleh tau sex of the baby. And dah ada kuku, rambut? Hihihi syoknyee.... Malangnya, lambat lagi Biyu nak kena scan sebab doctor sini dok anggap Biyu baru 8 bulan. Entahla...Biyu rasa doctor salah la.... Biyu rasa Biyu dah 10 minggu dah.... belakang dah mula aching, maknanya dah membesar la kan? Kadang2 pelvis rasa sakit sikit, maybe dia nak membesar untuk fit in the baby.
Wallahualam... Tak sabar nak scan...huhuhu... sabar... sabar... memang takbole buat apa pun.... malas betul la kerajaan sini. Hmmmm
Dia bagi tips untuk position tido yang sesuai untuk baby. Tidur di sebelah kiri badan. Sebab belah kiri paling bagus, baby akan dapat majority of the nutrients and will fill in oerfectly in the placenta. Hmm.... bagus memang bagus, api tangan and kaki kiri Biyu dah kebas dah dok tido belah kiri!!! Huhuhu. Biyu prefer tido belah kanan,... taktau apasal... rasa pernafasan lebi senang kalau tido belah kanan. Tapi demi baby, Biyu akan cuba. Everytime terjaga and tersedar tido sebelah salah, Biyu akan pusing balik ke kiri.
Kalau tido menelentang lagi la... Baby dah sebesar grapefruit, dan keeping on growing, kalau telentang mmang terasa belakang cepat sakit and perut sakit.
Hmmm by...nasib baik mummy dah biasa tido mengiring... so takdelah ackward sangat. :-)

My Pregnancy Progress

02/10/2009: Harini cuti.... Biyu kena rest supaya tak spread kat public/collegue... Harap2 la Biman okay and tak terjangkit... Amin...

Kalau menurut scan dia Malaysia, Biyu dah 9minggu and my progress as per babycentre.com/ Insurance pregnancy advice board, it says:
'If extreme mood swings leave you feeling like a drama queen this week, you're not alone. Hormonal fluctuations are treating your emotions like a yo-yo now. One minute you feel weepy and the next you're laughing harder than you've ever laughed before. Take comfort in knowing that those same volatile hormones are helping your baby grow. In fact, this week marks the first time your baby looks almost human. He has all the standard body parts in place now - though they're not yet formed to perfection.'

Wow... so...kalau memang sekarang dah 9 minggu, baby dah hampir jadi manusia...Insyaallah... Alhamdulillah. Patutla minggu ni rasa emotional semacam, bila kena marah dengan Biman, air mata takbole berhenti mengalir, menangis sampai ter esak esak sampai mata bengkak. Huhuhu. Cuba hentikan memang takbole.... huhuhuhu. So...maybe memang 9 minggu kot kan? Entahla....

Tapi...kalau menurut doctor sini and actual count(no scan), I am only going to 7 weeks pregnant, and the development is:
Hands and feet are emerging from developing arms and legs -- although they look more like paddles at this point than the tiny, pudgy extremities you're daydreaming about holding and tickling. Technically, your baby is still considered an embryo and has something of a small tail, which is an extension of her tailbone. The tail will disappear within a few weeks, but that's the only thing getting smaller. Your baby has doubled in size since last week and now measures half an inch long, about the size of a blueberry.

Mana satu? Wallahualam... Allah saja yang tau. Setakat ni hanya boleh bayangkan mengikut gambar2 kartun ni sajala...And Insyaallah dalam hujung November akan tau exactly berapa umur baby Biyu & Biman. Insyaallah.....

Demam and Flu

01/10/2009: Semalam ada collogue Biyu flu and terbersin bersin kat ofis. Walaupun Biyu duduk dalam bilik sendiri and dia kat area reception, angin and virus cepat je merebak. Harini Biyu sore throat, pening & flu teruk. Semalam takbole tido sangat sebab teka pedih, minum banyak kali, jadi terkencing terus. Hmmm... tensi. Kesian Biman asyik kena kacau sebab Biyu gerak2 & bangun banyak kali.
Try pegi opis jugak, tapi sampai pukul 12pm je..tak larat. Alang2 harini memang nak kena jumpa GP balik, sebab nak mintak surat menyatakan that I am not fit to travel. Baru je balik dari Malaysia, boss dah nak suruh semua Accountants & Controllers across Europe meeting kat Manchester!! Adus...Truthfully, Biyu memang taknak pegi. Dahla masih penat balik & travel dari Malaysia, umah macam tongkang pecah, beg tak sort out lagi... dah nak kena travel lagi ujung October pulak tu. By that time, kemingkinan perut Biyu akan membesar sikit. Huhuhu. Doctor kata, no problem untuk travel. Tapi Biyu memang taknak, so dia kaan tulis surat untuk employer menyatakan yang Biyu not fir to travel! Yay!! Alhamdulillah....

Tetiba harini flu teruk, alang2 boleh tanya doctor pasal tu. Sampai Talbot Medical Centre, jumpa Doctor Suzanne (Ni akan jadi my doctor sampai baby dilahirkan. Insyaallah), cepat2 dia buat surat. Yela doctor sini time is money. Tak sempat nak cakap apa2, dia ajak keluar bilik. Nasib baik teringat pasal flu. Tanya dia, dia check, check nadi and blood pressure and tiba2 amik swab untuk swine flu! Alamak.... risaula jugak. Maybe sebab Biyu ibu mengandung, antibody / immune fragile, kenala take precautions. Dia swab sampai ke dalam anak tekak, nasib baik tak termuntah. huhuhu

So...dia suruh rest sampai esok (02/10/2009-Friday) and sampai results Swine Flu dapat, which is esok atau ahad.... Harap2 la negative.

So... Alhamdulillah dapat surat and bole bagitau boss yang Biyu takbole travel... YESS!! And.... kena rest sebab flu ni memang annoying. Tapi the negative side of it, biasala....kena suffer cost 50euro lagi!! Adusss..... duit...duit....

Harap2 hanya flu biasa and baby masih sihat wal afiat... Insyaallah

Rotunda Hospital

30/09/2009: Awal pagi before time keje, keluar dengan Biman untuk ke Rotunda Hospital. Tak penah nampak pun Hospital tu.. Tengok map, macam selalu lalu kat situ. Dia situated in Parnell Street.... Jalan punya jalan, sampai kat satu building ni. La.... memang Rotunda Hospital.
Memang selalu lalu situ!! Tak perasan!!! Ingatkan bangunan kerajaan lama ke apa ke.

Carik entrance... tak jumpa. banyak untuk staff only je!!? Pusing punya pusing, rupanya entrance dia ikut jalan tepi... Oh.... yang gamba bangunan ni, tu dia punya tepi and bukan depan.. hmmm patut tak perasan... pelik.. bagunan yang nampak macam dia punya 'main' kat jalan besar, tapi dia punya actual main entrance kat jalan tepi yang bukan jalan raya besar. hmmm... memang pelik.

Main entrance dia macam hotel entrance. Terkejut and happy :)

Wow...bestnya kalau beranak kat sini...lawa... dalam dia bersih. Tak macam Holler Street tempat majority Malaysian Dubliners pilih untuk beranak. Taktau apsal diorang prefer Hospital tu dari Hospital ni. Yang ni nampak lebih grand. Eh! Harap2 dia masih government hospital. Kalau tak, nayala nak bayar Hospital bills!! Tapi ni kan oldest maternity hospital!? Takkan la government / Insurance tak cover? Kena double check. Takpe...apa2 pun buat appointment dulu.

Masuk dalam... pass surat kat record office, kejap je less than 5 minutes dah keluar dah. Dia akan investigate the letter dulu, then akan hantar surat ke rumah kami untuk appointment dates etc dalam masa 8-10working days akan datang.

Hmmm... so kena la tunggu lagi.

So.. buat masa ni... hanya masa decides and kena tunggu, bersabar. Tak bole buat apa2 pun sebab lambat lagi 1st appointment. Kat sini scanning hanya akan dibuat sekali. Kalau kita nakbuat banyak kali, kena jumpa doctor private yang berharga 150euros!!! Dan,.... hospital takkan take into account private scan yang kita buat sebab diorang ni macam enemy daripada bekerjasama...aiya... sabar jela. so... kenala ikut schedule and routine orang sini and tunggu jela.

In the mean time, kena jaga diri Biyu, doa banyak2 so that I am not one of the 4 women that could face miscarriage... huhuhu. Risau betul. Insyaallah.... Harap2 I will be the lucky 3 yang tak experience that dreadful days. Amin....

Balik Dublin-Doctor's Appointment

29/09/2009: Buat appointment dengan local GP sini, double triple confirm that I'm still pregnant! Yela, dah naik flight kan, biasanya its not advisable untuk naik plane time baru 1-3months pregnant due to high pressure.

lhamdulillah masih pregnant.

Kat sini lain dari Malaysia. No scan yet. Walaupun dah ada scan dengan maksu and menyatakan yang I am 7 weeks pregnant, doctor sini masih ikut period count and buat dek je dengan report Maksu Biyu kasi.. Hmmm sabar jela. So, setakat nie, menurut GP sini, I am only 7 weeks pregnant today, and due date kemungkinan 14/15 May 2010.

Dia amik sample air kencing untuk double check pregnanc, then kasi a few pantang yang sangat penting:

Cannot eat:

1. Liver

2. Pate

3. Uncooked Eggs

4. Homemade Mayonaisse (Selalu pakai raw egg whites). Yang selamat hanya jenama Hellmans
5. Unpasturised Cheese

Memang tak boleh makan sama sekali sebab akan menyebabkan fatality in baby!! Fuh ngeri gila.

Dan..dia ada bagitau sekarang the chances og miscarriage is 1 in every 4 women. Lagila ngeri and risau. So, harus extra extra careful, jaga-jaga and takbole 100% happy lagi selagi masih belum 3 atau 4 bulan!!

Amin...Insyaallah

Lepas tu Doctor tulis surat untuk hospital pilihan kami. Kami pilih Rotunda Hospital, Dublin 1, sebab 1, Boss Biman cadang kat situ. 2, dekatla jugak dengan umah kami. One of the oldest Maternity Hospital in Dublin. Esok, first thing in the morning, mesti pegi Hospital tu untuk hand out letter sebab Hospital sini sangatlah penuh and banyak backlog.

Jumpa GP di Talbot Medical Centre kejap je, 20 minit je kot. Doctor sini memang buat and duit and sentasia kalut! Kejap je pun jumpa, dah kena 50euro!! Aiya... Next appointment dengan GP sepatutnya bila Biyu dah 24 Minggu. Menurut prediction dia, kalau Biyu skarang 7 minggu, so 24th weeks will be in January 2010. Lama Lagi. Nasib baik time tu dah free. Government sponsor..Alhamdulillah

So... sementara sekarang and 24 weeks, akan hanya pegi ke Hospital untuk appointments and check ups etc. Sepatutnya by 13weeks akan dapat 1st appointment Hospital. Tapi sebab backlog kadang2 boleh lama...huhuhu. Risaula jugak sebab ada kawan kami, 1st appointment dia dengan hospital is bila dia dah 5 bulan!! (+- 20 weeks). Harap2 kami tak selewat mana...Insyaallah...amin....

First Doctor Check 13/09/2009

13/09/2009: Jumpa maksu biyu..Dia doctor. Walaupun Klinik dia tak bukak harini, dia bukak la untuk anak buah dia yang tengah anxious for a first child.

Check & Scan- Ada baby berbentuk kacang dalam rahim... Alhmamdulillah...

Mengikut period count, sepatutnya Biyu pregnant 5 minggu harini. Tapi bila ikut size 'baby kacang', biyu pregnant 7 minggu!! Wow!! Mana satu? Maksu kata selalunya scan memang betul...

Atau...ada 3 kemungkinan:

1. Memang 5 minggu dan akan dapat baby kembar(Boleh ke walaupun takde history?Hmm)

2. Period Count tersilap, memang 7 minggu

3. Memang 5 minggu tapi baby terlalu sihat (Potential gemuk la nie! Aiya!!)

Rasanya memang number 2. kot... Tapi kalau dapat kembar apa salahnya kan? Hihihihi memang sejak kecik Biyu suka giler tengok kembar... Wallahualam... kena tunggu dan lihat jela.... Asalkan baby sihat wal-afiat, cukup sifat mental & fizikal... tu pun dah bersyukur banget dah....

Good News: I'm pregnant!!!

12/09/2009- Bulan puasa... lepas berbuka puasa Biyu tertido... Bila bangun, biman kejut, tetiba biyu terasa nak buat pregnancy test. (Sedangkan harini sepatutnya hari period)! Tak sabar... So... pegilah toilet and 'pee in the stick'. Cepat je positive sign keluar! Tak percaya... tapi Alhamdulillh...rasa macam I knew deep inside memang ada seseorang dalam woumb nie.

Keluar dari bilik, GG kazen biman cakap 'good morning!' Biuy tak dapat tahan nak senyum je mamanjang... and announce depan semua orang, 'Ayu pregnant!' Semua macam takde perasaan sebab mungkin tiba2 je announce and semua terkejut. Biman pun macam senyap je.

Alhamdulillah I'm pregnant....after 1 year waiting. Akhirnya!!! Rezeki Ramadhan....Alhamdulillah.

Memang sejak 2 minggu puasa ni everytime buka puasa je, rasa mual je... and senak sangat perut walaupun makan sikit... Ingatkan sebab puasa... so tak terpikir la pulak mengandung!!!
